Service Description

Join potter Jolie Simpson for four fun, hands-on evenings at the wheel. This short course is the perfect way to dip your hands into the world of clay and give wheel throwing a go in a relaxed, supportive environment. With small group numbers, you'll get plenty of individual guidance as Jolie introduces you to the basics of throwing on the wheel and helps you work through any beginner bumps along the way. Expect a few wobbly pots and lots of laughs! This course is ideal for absolute beginners or those returning to pottery who want a confidence boost before committing to a longer class. Included: 1 bag of clay per person Bisque and glaze firing for 5 pieces Access to a selection of glazes Please only book if you’re confident you can attend. If you need to cancel, refunds are available upon request, with a $25 booking fee deducted from the total. Please note: No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the workshop start time. Craft Potters reserves the right to cancel the workshop if there are not enough bookings.
