Service Description

Join potter Jolie Simpson for a one-day wheel throwing workshop. Class starts at 10am and runs through to 3pm. Open to all levels, from curious beginners to intermediate makers, this session guides you through creating a cylinder (handleless mug), a bowl, and a plate. With small group numbers, you’ll receive personalised guidance as Jolie supports you through the key steps of forming each piece. Whether you're touching clay for the first time or building on previous wheel experience, you'll leave with more confidence—and some beautiful handmade pieces to show for it. We’ll break for a shared lunch (please bring something to share), giving everyone a chance to connect and rest their hands before finishing strong in the afternoon. Included: Clay and materials Firing for up to 3 pieces Please only book if you're confident you can attend. Refunds are available upon request, with a $25 booking fee deducted. To request a refund, email your name, bank account number, and the name of the workshop to craftpotterstreasury@gmail.com. Note: No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the workshop start time. Craft Potters reserves the right to cancel the workshop if minimum numbers are not met.
