Join potter Jolie Simpson for four engaging, hands-on evenings focused on developing your wheel throwing techniques. Designed for intermediate potters, this short course is ideal if you're ready to take your basic skills to the next level in a relaxed and encouraging studio environment. With small group sizes, you’ll benefit from plenty of one-on-one guidance as Jolie supports you to refine your form, explore more consistent shapes, and experiment with new techniques. Whether you’re looking to improve your trimming, try new techniques, work with larger amounts of clay, or gain more control at the wheel, this course offers the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice. This course is best suited to those with prior wheel experience. Participants are asked to give feedback ahead of the class starting so that the tutor can tune into your requirements and ensure you are supported to get the most out of this short class schedule. Included: 1 bag of clay per person Bisque and glaze firing for 5 pieces Access to a selection of glazes Please only book if you’re confident you can attend. If you need to cancel, refunds are available upon request, with a $25 booking fee deducted from the total.
