Wheel Throwing Classes -Tuesday 6 - 9pm

Service Description

Margaret Earney will be teaching this 6 week throwing course and will be introducing you to the basics of working with clay on the wheel. As well as learning to throw on the wheel Margaret will help you to problem solve. For the first couple of weeks you will be throwing items that maybe destroyed. Don't be alarmed it is part of the learning process. In the latter part of the course your pots will be bisque fired and you will have the opportunity to learn how to glaze your work. Note: This class is suitable for beginners and anyone returning to pottery who needs to regain their confidence at the wheel. Course includes: 1 free bag of clay per person Bisque and glaze firing, 1 pot per week Some glazes are available. Note: Class size is limited to 6 Cancellation and Refunds $25 non-refundable administration fee No refunds are provided after the commencement of the classes.
