Wheel Throwing Classes Tuesday evening

Service Description

Jolie Simpson will be teaching this 7 week throwing course, introducing you to the basics of working with clay on the wheel. As well as learning to throw on the wheel, trim and finish your pots, Jolie will help you to problem solve throughout this process. In the latter part of the course your pots will be bisque fired and you will have the opportunity to learn how to glaze your work. The course cost fires up to 7 pieces and if you want to complete more then this is available at $5 extra per piece. Note: This class is suitable for beginners and anyone returning to pottery who needs to regain their confidence at the wheel. Course includes: 1 bag of clay per person Bisque and glaze firing, (up to 7 pieces) Some glazes are available. Note: Class size is limited to 8 People Cancellation and Refunds $25 non-refundable administration fee No refunds are provided after the commencement of the classes.
